It's Not Easy Being a Monster: on Halloween

Bulber is a little monster who is proud of his job. What does he do? Well, he normally scares kids, but this isn't easy to do on Halloween. Because on this day, kids transform into very scary creatures, and Bulber is usually the one running away. This little monster always hates Halloween, but everything just might change this year, after an unexpected act of kindness.
