Production process for table placemat:
1: Environmental protection of original PVC coloring
2: Colored PVC wrapped high-strength polyester filament yarn.
3: Winding Wrap
4: Loom Weaving
5: Hot setting treatment of repairing cloth to complete mesh dinner placemat
6: Processing by Workship according to size,cutting and finally complete various finished production such as table mats, placemat, cup mats and so on.
Use Purpose: The placemats designed to protect the table not scratched and staining. They can be used both inside and outside the room;
Tips:
1:The placemats is hand cut,there will be about 0.2cm to 0.3cm tolerance, this will not affect use.
2: Colors may appear slightly different via website due to computer picture resolution and monitor settings
