Transistor circuit action

The purpose of this book is to remove much of the mystery surrounding basic transistor circuits and to provide the reader a clear, easy-to-understand method of working with them. Transistor circuits often seem difficult to understand but many of their attributes can be described in simple terms if approached properly. The underlying thought in the development of this book is to eliminate at once all impractical and complicated methods, replacing them with down to earth, simplified, and yet workable ones. Additionally, all circuit descriptions given herein can easily be verified in the laboratory if desired.If the analytical material cannot be checked on a volt-ohm-milliammeter or an oscilloscope, it does not appear in this book. Because these two instruments are the mainstay of the average technician, it is felt that all circuit descriptions of any consequence can be handled in terms of the measurement techniques using these instruments.
