IUPAC Solubility Data Series Volume 40 - Halides, Oxyhalides and Salts of Halogen Complexes of Titanium, Zirconium, Hafnium, Vanadium, Niobium and Tantalum

Halides, oxyhalides, and salts of halogen complex ions containing elements of groups four and five (titanium, zirconium, hafnium, vanadium, niobium and tantalum) is Volume 40 of the series. The volume covers all relevant data on the solubility of the title compounds of Ti(III, IV), Zr(IV), Hf(IV), V(II, III, IV, V), Nb(V) and Ta(V) as published in the literature up to mid-1988. The solubilities of these substances in aqueous, nonaqueous, binary and multicomponent systems are compiled. Critical evaluations are presented for a number of the systems. The volume will be of interest to hydrometallurgists, inorganic and analytical chemists, and to all who work with the chemistry and technology of group four and five metals.
