Polly and the Privet Bird

Polly is an old lady who talks to flowers, or so the grown-ups think. The children, who believe in magic know differently. Her magic saves the village from disaster. The authors also wrote "Mr Potter's Pigeon", "Norah's Ark", "The Proud and Fearless Lion", "The Last Dodo" and "The Winter Hedgehog".
