Methods in Enzymology, Volume 401: Glutathione Transferases and gamma-Glutamyl Transpeptidases

This volume on glutathione transferases and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidases serves to bring together current methods and concepts in an interesting, important and rapidly developing field of cell and systems biology.
