Masculinities: Interdisciplinary Readings

For courses in Gender Studies; this text can also be used in Introductory Composition classes and Writing Across the Disciplines courses. This text is a collection of articles and short stories from a wide range of sources and disciplines, including sociology, medicine, history, philosophy, education, cultural studies, and biology, as well as fiction. Its goal is to encourage students to focus attention on the meanings of masculinity in the contemporary United States.
