The purpose of this book is to teach readers to recognize the symptoms of an on-line steam turbine generator whenever abnormal conditions exist that can lead to a significant unit outage. It also presents information on what corrective action to take to mitigate the circumstances or minimize the damage. The emphasis is on online and off-line monitoring and diagnostics.
