Project Management Scenario DVD

Looking for a way to stimulate class discussions about management topics? Then look no further. NCCER and Pearson have produced a DVD about issues construction managers face. The segmented story, along with accompanying instructional materials, prompts participants to consider how they would apply the techniques they're learning in the classroom to real-life, on-the-job situations. In the video, Samantha, the project manager, has to referee arguments between foremen, juggle schedules and delays, and resolve safety and resource control issues. Her solutions to her problems are presented before the story ends, although participants are encouraged to provide alternative resolutions.
