Tropical Molecular Medicine

Molecular medicine is well developed in the West. However, due to a lack of exposure to the discipline, its impact on diseases in the tropics is not very widely appreciated. This book intends to fil this gap, particularly for graduate and postgraduate medical students. It summarizes the state of the state of the art of the major killers in the tropics.
