Murphy on Evidence

Murphy on Evidence is firmly established as a leading text for use on undergraduate law courses and in preparation for professional examinations. The eleventh edition continues to feature detailed coverage of the seminal decisions of the Court of Appeal, interpreting the hearsay and character evidence provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
