Arrivals: Cross-Cultural Experiences in Literature

Intermediate/High-Intermediate Level. Students will enjoy reading these absorbing stories, which will increase their ability to cope successfully with authentic text. Included are authentic selections from contemporary multicultural literature by Jamaica Kincaid, Sandra Cisneros, Andrei Codrescu, Richard Rodriguez, Liu Zongren and Hisaye Yamamoto.
