Planning Environmental Health Programs

This text describes the basic program planning process in the field of environmental health: development of the problem statement; establishment of objectives; development of methodology; evaluation of the plan; and program implementation. Utilizing excerpts from actual program plans that are being implemented throughout the United States, the author demonstrates how such programs improve services to the consumer.
