International Chili Society Official Chili Cookbook

I have this and Frank X Talbert's book "A Bowl of Red" as the key pieces of my chili library (if you can call a few books a library). Put this cookbook together with a good chili powder made from freshly ground dried chiles and you can make a artfull bowl of chili. Loren McCune
