Health Care Reform: Supplementary Materials, 2011

This supplement addresses the health law that resulted from the health reform legislation signed by the president in March, 2010. Keyed to the sixth edition of the health law casebook, this supplement provides a valuable platform for those teaching health care reform using other materials. It addresses the consequences of three pieces of recent federal legislation: the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, and the Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act of 2009.
