In there is no separation in civil actions of actions at law and actions in equity; there is only one ""civil action,"" although the relief demanded may be damages at law or equitable remedies. The goal of Professor Eades in this treatise is to inform the attorney and judge which relief is appropriate. The text covers most of the types of relief available in all courts in Kentucky. Part I deals with the different types of remedies and explains the general principles applicable to each. Part II covers specific types of actions and explains the remedies available for each.
