This product contains the text of Title 8, Aliens and Nationality, of the United States Code Annotated and related code sections covering topics such as deterrence of illegal immigration, border patrols, penalties for smuggling illegal aliens, removal of aliens, employment verification procedures, refugee assistance, alien terrorist removal, public benefits restrictions, homeland security, customs duties, and migrant workers. It also includes federal regulations on documentary requirements for admission and parole determination for alien witnesses. The code sections are amended to Pub. L. No. 112-94 of the Second Session of the 112th Congress. The regulations include amendments through March 29, 2012.
