Gcse in Leisure & Tourism: Double Award

A brand new title that has been specially written to cover the new 2002 Leisure and Tourism GCSE specification. It has been endorsed by Edexcel and the authors are all examiners and teachers. It is divided into three sections as specified by the QCA criteria. As well as including a variety of material for students it will also contain extra information and exercises to challenge the more able students. The accompanying Teacher's Book will include differentiated worksheets. The result is a book that moves away from the GNVQ textbook of old to one that is more academic in style, but that also offers the case studies, portfolio and exam preparation that students need.
