Tumor Infiltrating B Lymphocytes: A Novel Approach for Cancer Diagnostics and Therapeutics

The urgent need for the development of early tumor diagnosis and effective anti-tumor therapies remains. This work intends to provide a relatively broad audience with a novel approach for the development of cancer diagnostics and targeted therapeutics, based on recently proved hypotheses. It provides coverage of the most important aspects of a selected domain of tumor immunology, namely the characteristics and potential capacity of the tumor infiltrating B lymphocytes.
