Presents an overview of the German economic structure and culture with an emphasis on business vocabulary. Helps develop the four skills (reading, speaking, writing and listening) within the context of the German business environment through its computer software and tapes of interviews with German business professionals. Each section is followed by oral exercises for comprehension and language practice. Includes problems and issues associated with the reunification. A sample syllabus facilitates class planning.
