2nd International Conference on River Flood Hydraulics (Second International Conference on River Flood Hydraulics)

Our understanding of river flooding is increasing rapidly thanks to worldwide research efforts into the numerous hydrological, hydraulic and morphological processes which occur during flood events. There is a continual improvement in modelling technologies to predict and simulate these important processes, aided by advances in computer power and speed. These are the proceedings of an international conference whose aim was to promulgate new ideas and to pool the knowledge of international experts on river flooding.
