Matiz - The Heir of the Matiz

A young assassin, living in a corrupted world after losing everyone dear to him, realizes the horror behind his massive killings, which forces him to betray the underground organization known as Phoenix. He finds himself seeking a new way of life, while struggling against the horrific phenomenon that dwells within him. During his travels, he creates new allies along with several new adversaries, and constantly finds himself in a life or death situation against vicious gang leaders. Eventually, he meets a mysterious old man who explains that the ominous side to his personality is actually a demonic soul that he'd been destined to either possess, or be possessed by. With this ungodly strength, he has pledged to shield the world from a mysterious organization which is plotting to summon ultimate despair onto the planet, as the result of an ancient myth told throughout history.
