Target the Behavior: Not the Student

This book is filled with practical ideas about function of behavior to help educators and parents learn to see the behavior from a different perspective. Instead of saying "Be good" which is as effective as me looking at my arm and saying "Be thin", the adults will learn to see the behavioral changes that need to be put in place in the forms of antecedent modifications, replacement behavior teaching, and consequence modifications.
