BUTTERHEAD'S DREAM

What if you were a young child who has all of a sudden come up against some pretty painful events in your life? What if you were a simple, young animal who lived an uncomplicated, innocent life? How would you feel when your world became scary or hurtful? Ginny is an eleven year old little human-girl. She's had some deep losses recently, and doesn't know what to do or where to turn. Butterhead is an orange, half-grown kitten who lives in the area and has no memories of life being anything else than it presently seems to be. Then, one day, a day greatly unlike the others he's known, this tiny child is greatly and rudely awakened to something quite out of his understanding, and the anxiety of being alone. Think a little bit about coming back, way back, into the mysterious aura of the Southland in 1950. Muddy, fishy scents from the river will invade your senses as true magic, and true mystery, are finally revealed for what they really are!
