Subject Bibliography of the Second World War, and Aftermath: Books in English, 1975-1987

World War II affected more people throughout the world than any previous event in man's history. This revised edition of Enser's 1975-1983 volume incorporates more than 1500 new entries, taking into account the increase in publishing as various records and papers relating to the War became available to writers and researchers. The entries are arranged under subject headings in alphabetical order, such as aircraft carriers, Hungary, radar and Stalin. There is also an author index for cross-reference and a subject index to further aid topic searching. For the original volume, 1914-1978, the author was awarded the Richard Franck Prize in 1985.
