Using the attached dry erase marker, children enjoy marking off all the different fruits, vegetables, milk, water, and physical activities photos that they eat, drink or do. Portable, laminated, and small so children 4-12 can take it with them through the day, eagerly crossing off as many healthy choices as possible.
