Blue Water

A Paleobotanical wonder is discovered and it's called Blue Water. It seeps from its fatal beginnings in the Antarctic to its miscalculated use in a Carson City reservoir with tragic results. It then moves on to Luton, England where it's expected to bring the British Prime Minister to bargain away Northern Ireland.
