Tripping the Runner

When Bill Janssen moves to New York, he runs with street-wise mild Milo the Cougar to learn how to survive. One night Milo persuades him to spray paint an old tramp. Suddenly, Bill is on the run-from the memory of the man dripping orange and green paint, screaming with fear-from the cops and from himself.
