This book explains how to use the Sun(tm) ONE Studio 4, Enterprise Edition IDE to assemble, deploy, and execute J2EE(tm) modules and J2EE applications. It describes how to assemble web modules and EJB modules and how to prepare module deployment descriptors for them. The book discusses how to combine modules into applications and how to prepare application deployment descriptors for them. It also explains how the Sun ONE Studio 4 IDE integrates with various application server products and how to supply the deployment information required by different server products. Finally, the book describes how to deploy an assembled application to the supported server products and then execute the application.
