Far From Beyond: A Novel

Biotech supremo David Onslow is at the pinnacle of success with his revolutionary drugs and enjoys accolades from around the world. With the love and support from his wife Kate Wuyang and daughter Amelia, his life cruises along from one triumph to another; until one morning he blacks out and from there his life changes permanently...

An inexplicable growth is found in Onslow's brain and he possesses an extra chromosome. Before the surgeon can perform a biopsy he is mysteriously murdered. Another of Onslow's doctor is hotly pursued by unknown assailants and nearly killed.

Onslow later finds out about the extra chromosome and its effects on him. As he gradually succumbs to the chromosome's control, he and his wife, Kate Wuyang, struggle against the clock to reverse the impending death sentence.

Lieutenant Vinia and Sergeant Maxwell investigate the murder and come to suspect that Onslow is the culprit and they zero in on him.

As Onslow fights against his plight, he finds out he is the central figure in the felony and is connected to three separate tragic events around the globe. Worse still more sinister schemes are afoot and the perpetrators are the people he trusts. He and Kate, together with Amelia, have to flee for their lives.
