When one of the wealthiest men in the world is targeted for assassination in lower Manhattan, it is merely the opening act in a battle of greed and power that threatens American hegemony. Raphael Khan is a first-generation American born in Brooklyn, whose ticket out of prison was a combat tour in the army. Decades later, the billionaire Khan collides with his past when he becomes a bull's-eye in a violent plot orchestrated by the Russian general he evaded on the battlefield.
