We are introduced to Big Iowa whom Tim O'Neill has chosen to present his marginal case for entry into Heaven. Big Iowa has access to the hundred-plus characters in the fifty two life lessons that comprise Tobacco is not a Vegetable. It is a long shot, but maybe, just maybe, Big Iowa will get him in just like Tim got into other prestigious schools, companies and clubs ... barely!
