BIBLE Truth about DELIVERANCE

Depending on the school of thought, there are a lot of stories and myths that revolve around the topic of deliverance. From heathen cultures to conservative theology, deliverance is a topic that is often sought but seldom understood. Ranging from sickness to lack, misfortune in an area of life and even tragic death, there are those who believe that deliverance is the solution to every problem in life. On the other hand, the conservative Christian shuns the rituals of active deliverance sessions but believes that the Word of God, more precisely the teachings of the New Testament is all that's needed to solve every problem in life. Many who adhere to this latter view do not accept that the Old Testament has much relevance today.
