Killed in a car crash, Homer T. Quest arrives at the Pearly Gates. In spite of adversity from an old enemy, and interference from a weird group made up of a Japanese lady elitist, a private investigator, and a gorgeous Korean hooker, he does his best to chronicle some serious changes in American society.
