Out of the fry bread pan, into the fire! Native American bachelor Crispy Calusa has the hots for an indigenous princess he's never met-and if he doesn't find her soon, tribal elders are about to put the "ow" in "powwow."  Their threat is very clear: find a suitable indigenous bride in thirty days, or kiss the only life he's ever loved goodbye.  Crispy had big dreams when he left home for New York City, but it's a whole different world off the Rez.  In his pursuit of an education he's pissed off the indigenous people of NYC.  In his pursuit of women on the singles circuit he's turned on grannies in heat. The last thing he wants to do is give up on his plans, but his mother won't stop telling him to bag it up and come on home.  And now, home comes calling: Crispy's tribal elders order him to get engaged to an indigenous woman in thirty days or be kicked out of the tribe.  Crispy pursue his dreams and still hold on to the past?  If he ever wants his future children to be part of the drum circle and have their turns fancy dancing in his tribal regalia, he's got to shed that "Native Nerd" label and pursue something much more important: love.
