The Gospel: Universal Restoration

With Galatians 3:8 and Acts 3:21 as its premise, this book supplies an anthology of Scriptures related to universal restoration which illustrate that "the gospel," among other things, includes the restoration of all things. The first 3 chapters list over 150 Scripture passages regarding universal restoration. Chapters 5-7 are dedicated to the subjects of God's sovereignty, judgment, and resurrection. The author maintains that these 3 elements constitute the pillars upon which the gospel of universal restoration rests securely. One of the most though-provoking chapters in the book is entitled "Hell-Bent Verses Straightened Out." In that chapter, the reader is challenged to take a second look at certain Scriptural passages that, while appearing to support the traditional hell doctrine, actually support universal restoration when seen in light of their context and/or other companion verses. The book includes 9 chapters and 12 Appendices, one of which is a list of other universal restoration books.
