Numerous checklists, step-by-step guides, and discussion of organizational culture/politics help make this more than another superficial gloss-over of well-known principles. Less complex than Richard Bolles's What Color Is Your Parachute? ( LJ 6/1/73) but more pragmatic than Marsha Sinetars Do What You Love, the Money Will Follow ( LJ 5/1/87), this is recommended for collections weak in this area.
