Background color of covers are blue with black/white lettering on the front and spine. Covers are lightly worn of corners, sping top/bottom, couple tiny spots on the bottom of outer edges of pages are about the size of the head of an ink pen. Due to age, the threads when you open the book back hard, can be seen, not bad looking, but visable to the eye if cover is pulled back open hard. Pages are tight. Great book for a specialized type business dealing with the fundamentals of heating, ventilating, furnaces, boilers, boiler conversions, and air conditioning. Hard to find this kind of book!
