Let's Eat Together

A story about inclusion. Putting the spotlight back onto conversation and being together, Let's Eat Together is a story about getting along no matter how different we are.
It is about a group of animals that normally would not be seen spending time together. The book portrays a positive message for young children ages 0-8 years old. This story promotes healthy eating and part of all proceeds from book sales will be donated to feeding the hungry. There are bonus coloring activities in the back pages of the book.

I can remember back to when I was a kid and some of the best times were at the kitchen table eating and talking with family and friends. As technology continues to advance and peoples schedules grow busier it is important to remember to eat together with the ones you cherish as often as possible. It is also important to remember that no matter what someone looks like, or believes in they should not have to eat alone. Invite them to your table or be a good person and join them.

This story is perfect for children ages 0-8 years old. It has a rhyming style like Dr. Seuss with Green Eggs and Ham, and The Cat in the hat, with a deeper symbolic message like in the Shel Silverstein children's book The Giving Tree. It is very important that our children pass down to their children the basic tradition of eating together as a family and conversing with each other.
