Inleiding Tot Die Sakereg (Afrikaans Edition)

This book, which is available in separate English and Afrikaans editions, was written for students in a first course on the subject. The authors therefore restrict the book to what is essential for these students. Footnotes have been excluded but extensive use is made of examples and references to case law. This book is intended for use with Van der Walt's Law of Property Casebook for Students. The book aims to give a picture of the new law of property, and therefore chapters concerning the customary law of property and the protection of rights in property in terms of the Constitution of 1996 have been included. The approach and layout are specifically aimed at students and consequently considerable attention was given to a user-friendly and study-oriented approach.
