Following the pioneering work of Geoffrey Harris, studies on neuroendocrine systems have increased exponentially, especially since the synthesis of the hypothalamic hormone, TRH, in 1969. This book gives a broad overview of the area for senior medical students and postgraduates, clinicians and scientists with an interest in endocrinology.
