ICE Conditions of Contract: 5th and 6th Editions Compared

This publication provides an easy to use clause-by-clause comparison of the changes between the 5th edition and the 6th edition of the "ICE Conditions of Contract". It presents the wording of the 5th edition opposite new wording from the 6th edition, with changed clauses highlighted in colour. Explanatory notes have also been prepared, which give details of the reasons for, and the significance of, the changes. These are printed in colour under the relevant clauses. A descriptive list of general changes is given at the beginning of the book.
