NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract Bundle

The Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) is the main construction contract within the NEC3 family. The NEC3 ECC Subcontract (ECS) is intended for use in appointing a subcontractor where the contractor has been appointed under the NEC3 Engineering and construction options.
