The Kenpo Student Workbook is the official handbook for Northern Chi Martial Arts Center. Martial Artists will find detailed discussions of technique and theory for self-defense and fitness, and personal development. Level 1 is the first in a three part series that will guide you on your journey to Black Belt in Northern Chi's system of Shaolin Kenpo Karate. The Level 1 book starts with your first day and progresses through Orange belt.
