Gladys - Love Conquers Alzheimer's

"Gladys" is the love story of how Joe Kujawa cares for his wife, Gladys, in the last stage of Alzhemier's. The story is in two "books." Book 1 tells of the author's sitting with Gladys once or twice a week for about a year, up to and a little after Joe celebrates their 50th wedding anniversary. Book II covers various topics relating to Joe and Gladys and attempts to get at the source of Joe's love for her.
