For the Love of Maggie

After their kids leave on their own, Joe and Maggie, sweethearts since childhood, commence a carefree life in a luxurious mobile home park. Existence is a joy with new friends, and the freedom of being able to make uninhibited love. Joe discovers the park is built in a potential disaster area. Park tenants are in jeopardy and victims of a ruthless real estate developer. Warnings to authorities and tenants fall on deaf ears. An El Nino deluge sends a mountainside sliding toward the park, Joe and Maggie rescue as many as possible; become separated in the havoc. Despite injury, Joe goes beyond valor to find the love of his life alive.
