UPHILL and DOWNHILL -- and Everywhere In-between is a compilation of thoughts and poems written over many years and in styles appealing to the old and the young. In two "booklets", it covers the gamut of life experiences from joy to sadness, merriment to spirituality, questionings to awakenings, and profoundness to ridiculousness. A third "booklet" contains lyrics of songs--some in English and French--concerning hope, love, gratitude, wonderment, prayer, nature, merriment, and many other human emotions and experiences. Included are also two children's songs: "The Alphabet Song," and "Heidi and Polka" (about a dog and cat).
