Covering the underpinning of science for the City & Guilds 236-8 Electronic Installation Competences scheme, this book offers a revision of the Part 1 course and takes students through and beyond the Part 2 syllabus. It provides an introduction to the mathematics required for electrical installation, as well as sections on alternating current circuits, electric motors and starters, and elements of lighting design, and prepares students for the Course C Certificate.
