Send Superintendent West (Inspector West)

With vital Cold War talks at risk, Roger West of the Yard must out-think the Fbi if he is to save Ricky Shawn. A frightened ten year old, Ricky has been kidnapped as a pawn in a ruthless game with drugs, crushed bodies, and mayhem all trailing back to his fate.
