Self-Reliance from an African Perspective

Sub-Saharan Africa is rich, but the people are poor because they do not yet understand the concept of planning for their very future, and how to put these plans into practice. They are not stupid, as time will be a testimony to what I am saying here. They are late-comers in joining the industrial civilisation, but will make an impact sooner rather than later. The Africans are coming.
